Enjoy a scenic ride before venturing on a guided walking tour of the Upper Antelope Canyon with a local Navajo guide.

After driving to the check-in point at the Upper Antelope Canyon office, you'll meet your local guide and head to the entrance of the canyon. Follow them through it while getting to know more about the culture and knowledge of the local people and the geology of the land. Your guide will also share with you some tips about the best angles from which to take the best souvenir photos. Don't hesitate to challenge your inner photography skills!

At the end of the tour, you'll return to the starting point.

  • You must check in at least 45 minutes before tour departure. Tickets will be forfeited with no refund if not checked in 45 minutes before the tour start time
  • You'll be shuttled for 3 miles (ca. 5 km) up to the Upper Antelope Canyon entrance. From there, you'll hike up and down a walkway for 0.8 miles (1.29 km)
  • For safety reasons, you must stay with your guide for the whole duration of the tour
  • This tour operates according to Arizona time zone (Phoenix - Mountain standard time zone)
  • Mar 9, 2025 2:00 AM - Nov 2, 2025 2:00 AM (Summer Time) Antelope Canyon time is the same as Pacific time (e.g. when Los Angeles time is 10:00 AM, Antelope Canyon time is 10:00 AM)
  • November 2, 2025–March 8, 2026 (Winter Time) Antelope Canyon time is 1 hour ahead of Pacific time (e.g. when Los Angeles time is 10:00 AM, Antelope Canyon time is 11:00 AM)

  • Bottled water, sunscreen, a jacket for cold weather and a hat
